Re: Unlocked PSP for n00bs
Hopefully have it tomorrow!!! Can I charge it from my ps3? I didn't get any power chords or anything. What is some of the cool shit I'll be able to do? Can I remotely access shit from my ps3? What emulators should I use? What is the stuff I should beware of? I honestly don't know jack about these. Where is the cheapest place to get a 8gig memory card?

IF you get the newest open firmware, which I think you did, you can:
-Remote Play PS3 and downloaded PSX games over the internet (as long as both are connected, and your PSP is set to remotely turn it on)
- Get any emulators available, and other homebrew applications. I recommend Snes9X for PSP speicifcally...other than that, most emulators avalilable on psp-hacks.com are okay. Homebrew is where it's at though. there are all kinds of neat programs people ahve made. I have a TI-90 emulator. Hard to say what's out there now, but stuff is aplenty...so look around.
As far as *GB Memstick...I'd say any place you get it the price will be about the same. I wouldn't really trust many eBay Memstick sellers though. If they aren't local, or within the same state, don't buy a memstick from them. SanDisk is a good, cheaper alterative to the official Sony brands, and they are both the same. Make sure it's a MemoryStick DUO though.

No. Only Lair can be played...for now. But you can access everything on the PS3.
